RULES TO LOOK AT

#1- Be nice to each other: This should be a bit obvious, but we won't tolerate any OOC drama (although IC drama is always fine so long as it doesn't tear down the whole place.) OOC drama will not make this forum a pretty place.

#2- God-modding: NO. JUST NO.

#3- Characters: You can apply for a Soul Eater or Hetalia canon chracter here. Genderbends and OCs(Nations only! No states, cities, etc.) are only accepted for Hetalia characters, and are in limited amount (basically after we reach a certain amount, there will be a short ban on them.)

#4- Literacy: Shibutalia is a semi-literate roleplay which means there's a 200 word minimum for RP posts, and they should be pretty decent with spelling and grammar (which should be the same for OOC posts.) We're not asking you to write another book the length of War and Peace- 200 words is all we ask. Also, you may not post anywhere else besides the reservations thread until you've been accepted.

#5- Rating: Three words: No sex roleplaying. There are people her who are just not into that kind of stuff, alright? Your character can say some perverted stuff here and there, but for the most part- KEEP YOUR PANTS ON. If you really want to do this, I recommend you to do it through PM, MSN, or AIM.

#6- Fritzi Beilschmidt is awesome: it's a scientifically proven fact, folks~ (You better make sure that's in the application, just saying~)

#7- For people not accepted yet: It's fine to be in the cbox to ask a few questions and some chitchat, but please refrain from rping there or posting anywhere in the forum besides the reservation thread.

*~MORE RULES ABOUT CHARACTERS~*

#1- You can start with up to 2 canon characters and 1 OC. If you want a third canon character then you must first have 50 RP posts on one of your characters. Mods/Admins don't need to fill this requirement: just a little gift for those who work here~

#2- No Shinigami's besides Death the Kid. No, your character cannot have a drop of shinigami blood flowing through their veins unless they're called Kid, is obsessed with symmetry, has an awesome skateboard, and fights using two weapons.

#3- Witches who are also meisters are allowed- however, we won't accept a witch who's also a weapon or "half-witches," even if they are so genetically. A child of a witch is either born with or without powers and that's that.

#4- Yes, guys can be witches too, and they can call themselves Wizards or something of the sort

#5- You must stay active in ALL your characters- you can't have one that's really active while the other rarely posts; it's just not fair for those who are RPing with the less active character

#6- Maka, Tsubaki, Kilik, Fire, Thunder, Jacqueline, Ox Ford, and Harvar cannot be reserved for the moment. The general consensus for them are that they're dead. Now, you might never know what happens later if a plot starts rolling but for now, theses characters are unavailable.
